By controlling the frequency of turning, stacking thickness and watering during the sun-drying process, the coffee fruit can produce a stronger fermentation flavor, as unique as wine.
If you want to make coffee beans with a whiskey flavor, you can use a wine fermentation process and a medium-dark roast to bring out some oil, so that the coffee beans can have the taste of whiskey and port wine.
